All teams and
racers must have and use the following gear. We do have some
equipment for rent on a first come, first served basis, based upon the date
registration forms are received. Please indicate
rental needs
on the registration form.

Approved Bike Helmet Wetsuit anytime on water (3 mil farmer john minimum) Type III PFD anytime on water Approved whitewater helmet (on whitewater section of course) Canoe (with paddles) Single Sea Kayak (with paddle) Double Sea Kayak (with paddles) (not required for relay teams or individuals)
